The performance.yml file modifies KERNEL_CMDLINE_EXTRA to append the quiet option to the kernel command line, reducing console output during boot and improving boot performance.
To start the build environment, run the following command, replacing <machine-name> and <distro-name> with a machine YAML file and a distribution YAML file from the meta-qcom/ci/ directory (for example, iq-9075-evk and qcom-distro).
