Install and configure the QIR SDK

Install QIR SDK using the respective commands for server and desktop.

For the server image, install the QIR SDK using the following commands:
Arduino® Ventuno Q™ doesn’t support the server image. For Ventuno Q devices, install the desktop image only.

The desktop image doesn’t include the color-space package and GPU acceleration features for the nn interface manager package due to system limitations. -
