Boot and startup	Exception vectors, memory initialization, cache setup, platform initialization, and handoff to Zephyr or the application.
Interrupt manager	Vector setup, IRQ registration, ISR dispatch, and wake-source classification.
Power manager	Wait-for-interrupt paths, low-power entry and exit, collapse preparation, and context handling
Resource voter	Request, update, and release clock, CX, and DDR dependencies through the delivered platform API.
Timer services	QTIMER programming, time-base conversion, and wake scheduling
Host interface	Mailbox or event signaling, acknowledgments, and diagnostics
Peripheral stack	UART, I2C, and I3C handling plus QUP and GPI coordination.
Sensor or workload manager	Service loops, event aggregation, thresholds, and escalation decisions.
